21 Day Gratitude Challenge

A Gratitude Practice can positively influence your physical and mental health.  Science shows that a regular practice for as little as 1-5 minutes a day can shift the emotional pathways that make fear and anxiety less active and pathways for motivation to become more active. 

I’ve had a gratitude practice for years, and it’s one that doesn’t waiver and has positively benefited all areas of my life.  And yet, when I review the science, I am still so stunned about the massive claims and evidence that proves it’s benefits. So glad you are here!

This challenge started as an idea to raise the vibe for my community by giving you a practice that will help you lean into what’s working in your life and to help you strengthen the muscle of positivity, acceptance, and presence.  And as I dive deeper into what I know to be true, it turns out that science has proven benefits that span our complete system as a whole, brain, body and spirit.  It is my pleasure to share this journey with you!
