1. Notice it, Feel it, Savor it.
Each morning notice something you're grateful for, feel into it, savor it from your bed or over your morning tea or coffee. 
2.Share it.
Post your daily gratitude in the WhatsApp community.
3. Receive it.
As you read others gratitude posts, allow yourself to feel their gratitude. 
4. Imagine it, Feel it, Dream it.  
Bonus challenge. At night be grateful for the future you're creating. This could be a behavior change or something material you are wanting in your life.

About jen

I grew up playing soccer and volleyball. I’m not tall and I quickly learned that I need to be in the best physical shape to make up for my height.  But beyond endurance and speed, I realized that there was another powerful tool that would give me a competitive advantage and that was my mindset.  I’m only 5’5” but I had the opportunity to play in college, and in France.  I’ve always been fascinated with the mind-body connection and empowering myself to go after what I want in life. And it’s this passion that I now get to share with others. After starting a volleyball club and coaching athletes for over 10 years, it became so apparent that it didn’t matter how much physical coaching one received, unless they managed their mind and believed in themselves, they would not reach their full potential.  This was the impetus of me pursuing a career as a Life Coach.    

My Qualifications
I’m a board-certified life coach from Guiding Mindful Change, a Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBHWC), a Reiki Master (energy worker), a Breathwork and Mindfulness Facilitator.

Fun and Freedom
Everything I do comes from a place of fun and freedom.  I’ve created a business that allows me to serve women in groups online while I travel in Europe or camp in my van in the trees.  Having the freedom to run my business that suits my lifestyle is key to my happiness.  I love teaching other women this level of autonomy, flexibility and empowerment. Pursuing your goals doesn’t have to feel heavy… you don’t have to wait for the perfect moment..you can start creating the life you desire right now while you’re having fun, living your life.  And the way I start each day is Gratitude.  How you feel, matters.  And it turns out that practicing gratitude releases the "feel good" hormones (serotonin and dopamine). So, let's go!  Let's create some good vibes within ourselves and our communities, this how we make positive change in the world!
