As a kid we used to dream all the time. I bet you can remember stories you made up, jobs you wanted to have, people you wanted to become. I wanted to be an astronaut, a spy, and an Olympian. Then I went to college, played some volleyball, bought a house, had a few kids and lost sight of dreaming. Honestly my life has been pretty dreamy, but it was not a common practice for me to look at my life and really ask what it was I wanted out of it. When I started on what I might call a spiritual journey, these types of questions were welcomed. It was by allowing my dreams to come through that I became a life coach and published poet. The preciousness of life is so apparent to me, and I want to squeeze all the juice out of it like I'm the CEO of Sunkist. It's my passion to inspire others to dream to.
I'd love to hear about your dreams. Leave a comment below. Dreaming while awake can be just as exciting as dreaming when you're sleeping.
One of my favorite quotes is from Wayne Dyer, " Don't die with your music still inside!"
What's your music?
