reiki energy healing

Reiki is an energy healing technique that helps promote energy flow, creativity and clarity, stress reduction and relaxation. 

The Reiki method was founded by Dr. Usui in Japan upon his understanding and visions of the body's energy system. Reiki is not tied to any religion, it's a system for healing that is accessible to everyone. 

Jen, a Reiki Master and intuitive, uses her hands to move energies that are blocked in the body. Crystals, essential oils and sounds may be used to enhance the in-person experience.  Clients seek reiki sessions to receive emotional and physical healing, to deepen their understanding of self, to connect to higher powers and to simply experience and hour of pure bliss.

I've been writing my whole life.  I often say that writing was my first best friend.  I have since discovered writing techniques to deepen your sense of self, to unwind your mind and to stimulate creative flow. There's no such thing as writer's block, but what can hold the pen back is self-criticism and perfectionism. The inability to confront fear and anxieties, and the lack of inspiration and motivation can show up in many areas of our lives.
