"I attended Jen’s retreat in Kauai. I was in a good spot and thought maybe I would learn a thing or two. But wow, Jen is really powerful. She’s really good at meeting you where you are and moving you to where you know you want to go. She helped me define what that is. I loved all her techniques to identify the barriers from what was stopping me. She’s open and kind and loving. Jen really listens and helps open up your world to so much more.

Why This Retreat. Why Now.

We are living in an information-saturated, always-on world. Even when life is good, the constant input, planning, and responsibility quietly pulls us out of rhythm and away from ourselves. Many women don’t realize how much they’re carrying until they step out of it.

As women, we’re often the ones holding it all together. Over time, it’s easy to function well while slowly disconnecting from what nourishes us.

We know this because we’ve lived it. Nothing was “wrong,” but stepping away revealed what busyness had been masking. Not an escape, but a recalibration.

That space changed how we listen to ourselves, care for our energy, and stay connected to what matters. This retreat is an invitation into that same recalibration, so you don’t just feel restored while you’re away, but also supported when you return.

"I attended Anne and Jen's Joyful Reset retreat in Rancho Santa Fe. They are great teachers and have beautiful energy. I came away with some new growth and learning, and I can't wait to come back."
—Molly

That "One day" feeling

You know that one day feeling.
You’ve cleaned the kitchen. You’re straightening up the living room. Life is handled. Things are fine

Then you notice it. Greece on the cover of a magazine. Blue water. Space. Light.
For a moment, it feels close. And then it slips back into one day.
Not because you don’t want it, but because life feels full and timing never seems perfect.
We know this moment because we’ve lived it. And what we’ve learned is simple: nothing changes until you answer that quiet nudge. Not someday. Not later. But when you decide you’re worth stepping toward the life you imagine.

Most women don’t regret taking a meaningful trip. They come home saying, I wish I’d done this sooner.

The Art of Ease is an invitation to let one day become now.

We have ease in mind!

The Art of Ease retreat follows a gentle, intentional rhythm designed to support both restoration and integration. We balance each day with activity, and guided experiences with spacious, unscheduled time so your nervous system can truly settle and recalibrate.

Originally from California and now based in the Italian Alps, her work is shaped by a lifelong journey across cultures, landscapes, and ways of living.

Anne designs creative, judgment-free environments where participants can slow down, listen, question, and explore who they are and who they are becoming — with greater ease, self-trust, and connection. She weaves reflection, embodiment, humor, and practical insight in ways that help inner shifts gently take root in everyday life.

Her work is devoted to helping people build bridges of understanding and connection — within themselves and with those they care about — so they can live and relate with more authenticity, meaning, and ease.

Jen Adams

Jen Adams is a poet, retreat leader, and mindset coach who creates spaces where women can slow down, breathe, and remember who they are beneath the noise of everyday life. Her work blends creativity, writing, and embodied practices as a way back to clarity, ease, and aliveness.

Jen is a Reiki Master and trained breathwork facilitator, weaving energy awareness and presence into everything she offers. Her retreats are known for being grounded, playful, deeply human, and thoughtfully held inviting both reflection and joy.

She believes that when women feel safe, supported, and inspired, they naturally reconnect with their intuition, creativity, and sense of possibility.
