Experience the beautiful island of Kauai and all its magic!  Volleyzen is a retreat for those who love adventure, volleyball, and Zen!  Wake up with breathwork and journaling, eat fresh papaya and pineapple, play volleyball, swim in warm clear waters, hike under the beautiful greenery and bamboo, dance and discover yourself on a deeper level while enjoying other adventurous soulful women.

I've got you.  I'm a Reiki energy master, a breathwork facilitator, and trained in mindfulness.  My passion is infusing my love of the outdoors and adventure while deepening the sense of self through these practices along with writing, creativity and play.
